The Light of Peace from Bethlehem also at the Ombudsman

Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts also brought the Light of Peace from Bethlehem to Human Rights Ombudsman Peter Svetina. In these times, which are often filled with anger and opposition, they want to encourage people to use kind words. As they said, "thank you," "sorry," and "I love you" are lights that destroy darkness and show that we are all human beings. The Ombudsman thanked them for their mission and was particularly pleased with this year's message, which is "Don't get angry," as it focuses on the ethics of public speech and the dignity of fellow human beings, which, in his opinion, we must once again place on a pedestal.
