CHAPTER I

GENERAL PROVISIONS

Article 3

The following persons may, in connection with the discharge of their functions, have access to classified information without permission to access (hereinafter: permission):

• the president of the republic;
• the prime minister;
• deputies;
• members of the National Council;
• mayors and municipal councillors;
• ministers and heads of government services directly accountable to the prime minister;
• the human rights ombudsman and the deputy ombudsman;
• the governor, deputy governor and vice-governor of the central bank;
• members of the Court of Audit;
• judges;
• the state prosecutor;
• the state attorney general; and
• the information commissioner.
