The Court of Honour of Journalists, at a session on 16 July 2009, in the case of the Human Rights Ombudsman versus Mojca Marot and Andraž Sodja and the editor-in-chief of Žurnal 24, Goran Novković and the editor of the web portal of Zurnal 24, Milena Kalacun Lapajne, found the aforementioned journalists and editors to be in breach of the Code of Journalists of the Republic of Slovenia.
