EDITORIAL
Issue 25 of the European Ombudsman Newsletter was supposed to be the last one published by the Office of the Slovenian Ombudsman. However, as no agreement was reached at the EOI meeting in Switzerland on the next publisher, the Editorial Board of the Slovenian Ombudsman has re-taken charge of the editorial tasks of this issue as well, at the recommendation of Dr. Herman Wuyts, Regional Vice- President - Europe, International Ombudsman Institute.
Though a little late, Newsletter No. 26 is finally here. We hope that its ever-topical content will make up for the delay.
