• 17-21 October, Ombudsman Hans Gammeltoft-Hansen attended a meeting in Athens organised by the Greek Ombudsman
• 8-9 November, Ombudsman Hans Gammeltoft-Hansen, Chief Legal Adviser Jens Olsen, and IT Manager Christian Moeller visited the Lithuanian Ombudsman institution
• 21-23 November, Ombudsman Hans Gammeltoft-Hansen attended the 7th Round Table for European Ombudsmen, in Zurich
