On 18 July the Human Rights Ombudsman Matjaž Hanžek received on an introductory visit the head of the Delegation of the European Commission in Slovenia, H.E. Mr. Erwan FouĂ©rĂ© and his associates.

FouĂ©rĂ© conveyed the support of the European Commission for the ombudsman’s work, and offered their cooperation. He pointed out in particular the importance of the promotional work of the ombudsman and the appeal to a different and better way of handling relations. In their talks they also touched upon discrimination at all levels.
