STATISTICS

The following sub-chapter provides a review of the statistical data on complaints received and the status of complaints under investigation by the ombudsman in the period between 1 January 1997 and 31 December 1997.

Complaints received in 1997 means those complaints that were received by the ombudsman in the period from 1 January to 31 December 1997.

Complaints under investigation in 1997 include in addition to complaints received in 1997 also the following:

• complaints carried over from 1996 (complaints not concluded in 1996);
• cases that were reopened in 1997 (cases in which the procedure with the ombudsman was concluded as of 31 December 1996 but whose investigation was continued in 1997 owing to the emergence of new substantive facts and circumstances).

Concluded cases means all complaints under investigation in 1997 which were concluded by 31 December 1997.

All the statistical data refers to the situation concerning the investigation of complaints as at 31 December 1997.

STATISTIKA

Naslednje podpoglavje prikazuje statistične podatke o prejetih pobudah in stanju obravnavanja pobud pri varuhu od 1. januarja 1997 do 31. decembra 1997.

Med pobudami, prejetimi v letu 1997, so upoštevane tiste, ki jih je varuh prejel od 1. januarja 1997 do 31. decembra 1997.

Med pobude v obravnavi v letu 1997 so poleg pobud, prejetih v letu 1997, vključene še:

• pobude, prenešene v obravnavanje iz leta 1996 (nezaključene pobude iz leta 1996) ter
• v letu 1997 ponovno odprte zadeve (zadeve, pri katerih je bil postopek obravnave pri varuhu na dan 31. decembra 1996 sicer zaključen, v letu 1997 pa se je zaradi novih vsebinskih dejstev in okoliščin njihovo obravnavanje nadaljevalo).
  

Med zaključenimi zadevami so upoštevane vse pobude v obravnavi v letu 1997, ki so bile 31. decembra 1997 zaključene.

Vsi statistični podatki se nanašajo na stanje obravnavanja pobud na dan 31. decembra 1997.
