The expert service of the ombudsman carries out all the experts tasks for the ombudsman and the deputy ombudsmen by area of responsibility of the ombudsman, classifies initiatives, deals with initiatives, prepares opinions, proposals and recommendations, carries out investigative activities, compiles the ombudsman's reports on findings in connection with initiatives, and provides initiators with information concerning their initiatives. The expert service of the ombudsman also carries out administrative, technical, informational and other tasks in connection with initiatives.
